Welcome to Pxlora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI image transformation platform at pxlora.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Description of Service
Pxlora is an AI-powered platform that transforms images using LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) models. Our Service includes:
- Image-to-Image transformation - Apply artistic styles to your photos
- Style library - Access to various LoRA models and effects
- Community gallery - Optional sharing of your creations
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Google Sign-In
- Email verification
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free - Limited credits for trial use
- Starter - Basic features with monthly credits
- Pro - Enhanced features with more credits
- Studio - Full features with maximum credits
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are in USD and may vary by region
- We accept credit cards (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via Coinbase Commerce)
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
4.4 Refunds
- Refunds are provided at our discretion

- Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to blockchain transaction fees
5. Credits System
5.1 How Credits Work
- 1 credit = 1 generated image
- Free users receive one-time starter credits
- Subscription credits reset monthly (no rollover)
- Credit packs purchased separately never expire
5.2 Failed Generations
If an image generation fails due to our system error, credits will be automatically refunded.
5.3 Credit Abuse
Attempting to exploit or abuse the credit system may result in account suspension.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Rights
You retain all ownership rights to your original images and the transformed outputs. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6.2 License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service. If you share images to our gallery, you grant us a license to display them publicly.
6.3 Content Restrictions
You agree NOT to upload or generate:
- Illegal content or content that violates others' rights
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - strictly prohibited
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Content that promotes violence or hate
- Copyright-infringing content without authorization
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
The Pxlora name, logo, and platform design are our property. LoRA models provided through the Service remain the property of their respective creators.
7.2 AI-Generated Content
Images generated using our Service are yours to use. However, usage may be subject to:
- The underlying LoRA model's license terms
- Any applicable AI-generated content laws in your jurisdiction
8. Service Limitations
8.1 Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
8.2 Quality
AI image generation results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or quality levels.
8.3 Watermarks
Free tier images may include watermarks. Paid subscriptions remove watermarks.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your requirements
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Generated images will be suitable for your intended use
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PXLORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pxlora from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@pxlora.ai.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Unused credits will not be refunded
- Your gallery images will be removed
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

- Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)
Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
17. Miscellaneous

- Waiver - Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement
